Warranty Policy
All items sold and certified by Southeast Aerospace include a 90 day standard warranty unless extended by salesman in writing. This warranty period is effective from date of receipt of the unit by customer. During this warranty period, Southeast Aerospace guarantees the performance of the unit during normal operation and function. If the unit should experience a normal failure caused by an internal component failure during the warranty period, Southeast Aerospace assumes all costs for parts and labor to repair all defects so unit will meet manufacturer's specifications. Southeast Aerospace will not honor warranty repairs for items that have experienced defects or failures from misuse such as improper handling or improper installation. Please note that warranty seals have been placed on items to ensure that items are in the same internal state as when shipped to customer. If these seals are tampered with without written authorization to do so from Southeast Aerospace, all implied and expressed warranties from Southeast Aerospace are null and void without exception. Furthermore, Southeast Aerospace will not honor warranty repair work that is not performed at our facility. If any part of these aforementioned statements should not be understood or in accordance with customer expectations, customer should contact Southeast Aerospace immediately for resolution.
