FEATURES
  • Altitude Selector/Alerter used in KFC-300 Autopilot System
  • Servies as altitude preselector, altitude alerter, and altitude capture guidance unit
  • Model available that does not perform altitude capture that is designed to be used as stand alone altitude alterter only - not compatible with KFC-300(see table below)
  • Altitude from sea level to 49000 ft. may be preselected in increments of 100 feet or 1000 feet
  • Automatic capture of selected altitude may be accomplished with "ALT ARM" pushbutton (except -08, -09 versions)
  • Selected altitude and visual warning display is controlled by automatic light dimming circuit that provides sufficient intensity under all cockpit conditions
  • Models available with black or gray bezel (see table below)
  • Models available with audio alerter at selected altitudes (see table below)
  • Models available with barometric altitude output (see table below)
  • Can be used with King KEA-346, IDC 519-28702-906, Smiths WL1407AMMS5 or WL1407AMMS6 Servoed 50000 ft. encoding altimeters
