With little more than a week left in the 2015 business year, it’s time to start thinking about inventory & prices. Most OEMs (especially the larger manufacturers such as Honeywell, Bendix/King, Garmin, Rockwell Collins, L-3 Communications, etc.) raise a majority of their New Condition product prices at the beginning of the year. The fact is, it happens more often than not. Keeping that in mind, now is the time to review your new inventory needs and see if it would be in your best interest to purchase before 2016. If that is the case, make sure you get your purchase orders in no later than 12/23/15, even better would be by this Friday 12/18 as most OEMs will close early next week for the holidays.
