Rob Reed is the Director of Aircraft Modifications Programs for Southeast
Aerospace. As the director of programs, Rob oversees the program managers,
business development, and technical sales for SEA's aircraft modifications
division.
Rob has over 25 years' experience in aviation maintenance and avionics
modifications. His aircraft experience includes general aviation, corporate
jets, rotorcraft, and airliners. Reed's customer relationships span private,
corporate, airline, and US and foreign military. He has held many avionics
positions throughout the years, including: mechanic, avionics installer,
system integration engineer, installation supervisor, install manager, and
senior program manager.
Rob is a licensed FAA A&P mechanic, and studied electrical engineering at
Broward College. A highlight of Rob's career is the diversity of
experiences, spanning from charter operators in the Bahamas, to airlines in
Asia Pacific, and back to fleet modifications for the U.S. Navy.
Nathan Hernandez is a Program Manager for the Southeast Aerospace Aircraft Program Management Office (PMO).
Nathan got his start in aviation as an "I" Level tech in the United States
Marine Corp. He has modified everything from a Pitts to a Boeing BBJ as well
as a variety of helicopters. Nathan has been overseeing Part 145 repair
stations for the last 7 years and is now primarily focused on aircraft
modification sales for SEA. Nathan's focus specializes in relating what a
customer wants compared to what an aircraft needs. His diverse and extensive
modification background allows him to inform the customer of the operation
of the systems and how they will work with the existing aircraft system.

Frank Correro is a Senior Program Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He
manages various programs for military, civilian and law enforcement
customers.
Frank began his aviation career as an avionics technician in the United
States Air Force. After 10 years of active duty service he transitioned to
the California Air National Guard as a full time Department of Defense
technician. Since his military retirement in 2000 he has held positions as
an avionics manager, engineer, and most recently as a program manager at SEA
for the avionics and mission equipment modification of 30 Bell-407GX
helicopters. He has experience in the civilian, business, commercial and
military sectors of aviation, and is an FAA licensed airframe mechanic and
pilot.
Jeffrey Szeman is a Program Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He manages
various programs for military, civilian, and law enforcement customers.
Jeff has 20 years of combined aviation experience in avionics systems. Jeff
began his aviation career as an AFSOC avionics technician, specializing in
AC-130 aircraft, and MH-53 helicopters. He has spent his career performing
all functions related to avionics upgrades and installations, including
installation team lead, senior technician, subject matter expert, and wire-harness fabrication manager. Jeff currently holds an FAA Repairman
Certificate through Southeast Aerospace.

Mike Sutphin is the MRO Manager for Southeast Aerospace. He is responsible
for planning, directing and coordinating activities within the Avionics
Shop, Instrument Shop and Aircraft Service Department.
Mike has over 35 years of aviation experience in multiple sectors and areas
of the aviation industry including business, commercial, and general
aviation. He has received a variety of certifications and awards including
the FAA Certificate of training "Gold Award" and the NBAA Aviation
Maintenance Technician Safety Award.
Mike is currently an FAA Certified Repairman at Southeast Aerospace and has
held a Repairman Certificate for over 25 years with several Repair Stations
throughout his career as an Avionics Technician including Banyan Air
Service, Atlantic Aero, and Prestige Jet.
