I will not re-export any U.S. Origin products for a military end use or military end user in Cambodia, Russia, Venezuela, China, Hong Kong or Burma.

I am not listed on the United States Department of Treasury list of Specially Designated National, Specially Designated Terrorists, Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders or any other list of individuals or entities barred from receiving U.S. Origin products.

I will not re-export directly or indirectly any U.S. Origin products to any person or entity or for any end use that incorporates these items into a vehicle or system for use by a person or entity listed on the United States Department of Treasury list of Specially Designated National, Specially Designated Terrorists, Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders or any other list of individuals or entities barred from receiving U.S. Origin products.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the U.S. Origin products, technology or software purchased will not be used to support the proliferation or any activity supporting the design, development, production or use of weapons of mass destruction (such as chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons), rocket systems (including ballistic missiles, space launch, unmanned aerial vehicle systems, cruise missiles, target drone or reconnaissance drone systems) or maritime nuclear propulsion activities. I further certify that I will not transfer the material, equipment, or related technology, or any replica thereof, to any country, entity or individual sanctioned by the United States Government without the consent of the U.S. Department of Commerce/U.S. Department of State.
