While the KX-200 is a direct replacement for the KX-155/165, an adapter is required for each 14 or 28 volt installation.

You should purchase one of the following adapters when you purchase the KX-200 radio: 

PN 89000002-122 for 14 volt or 89000002-121 for 28 volt
