What is the difference between the 247 and 247-001 audio mixing amplifiers?

The differences between 247 and 247-001 from Canyon Aeroconnect (formerly NAT) are as follows:

247 is designed for driving non-DC biased (ground referenced) loads
247-001 includes bi-polar output capacitors for compatibility with DC biased loads such as DC biased microphone inputs to other equipment.
