As of January 2007, Honeywell is not offering a WAAS upgrade for the GNS-XLS FMS. Reportedly, Honeywell determined that the current GNS-XLS hardware does not contain the necessary Input/Output to support the requirements for TSO C-146A WAAS navigation.
