Garmin has established a Minimum Retail Price (MRP) for selected Garmin products. It is Garmin's policy to terminate a Garmin Authorized Reseller's authorization to sell any MRP Products if the Reseller advertises, offers, or sells a MRP Product at a price less than the MRP established by Garmin.
