Yes, according to the EU-US bilateral Safety Agreement and several FAA documents, any product or article with an EASA Form 1 NEW is an acceptable maintenance release. Any Used product or article with a EASA Form 1 Dual Release issued by a Dual EASA and FAA certificated maintenance organization is acceptable as well.
