VSTC stands for Validation of Supplemental Type Certificate. The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) established a set of procedures for obtaining a VSTC for a product (aircraft, aircraft engine, or propeller) that has already been issued a Validation of Type Certificate (VTC) by CAAC.
