Customers using Honeywell's legacy Primus® 700/701/660 weather radars face rising repair costs, expired warranties, and outdated hazard avoidance technology. With limited parts and no suitable replacements, maintenance is becoming increasingly expensive and uncertain. As a result, Honeywell officially ended support for the P660 series in June 2023, and the P700/701 series will also become more costly to maintain. In response, Honeywell has introduced the IntuVue RDR-7000–a solid-state, fully automated 3D weather radar based on the proven RDR-4000 platform.
Elevate your safety and situational awareness with the Honeywell IntuVue® RDR-7000, the most advanced weather radar system available today for business aviation and rotorcraft markets. The RDR-7000 radar delivers full 3D volumetric scanning, automated hazard detection, and intuitive displays–empowering pilots to focus on flying, not scanning.
